Hse Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that safety standards are maintained and continually seek ways to improve safety standards
- Establish and ensure implantation of best safety practices
- Advise Management on all matters pertaining to safety and health including compliance with Indonesian Legislation’s on safety and health
- Ensure that all personnel have received appropriate safety and health training as stipulated in HSE manual
- Plan and implement safety and health program and promotional activities (e.g. inspections, campaigns and competitions) that will improve safety and health awareness
- Establish and maintain a system incident reporting, investigation and analysis as stipulated in the HSE manual
- Conduct Safety Department Review at least once every quarter to review the achievements of the Safety and Health Objectives and improvements to the HSE manual
- Update the Safety and Health Manual and follow-up on recommendations of safety committees or relevant authorities
- Investigate and report all reportable accidents: internally to relevant persons, and externally to the relevant authorities
- Maintain relevant safety records, records and certificates
- Work with the company’s nurse on occupational health and industrial diseases
- Brief and instruct sub-contractors on the safety and health procedures and instructions that they and their employees are required to comply with
- Deploy Safety personnel to monitor and maintain safety and health, prevent and fight fires, respond to accidents and control environment pollution
- Prepare the project Site Safety Management Plan (SSMP) if such a plan is required by the customer
Requirements:
- Male, with minimum age of 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree majoring Engineering or HSE Science
- Min. 5 Years as HSE Manager at Oil & Gas Drilling Company,10 Years as HSE Supervisor at Oil & Gas Drilling Company.
- Having Certificate K3 Migas
- The HSE Manager Must have previous experience of conducting and leading formal safety assessments, QRA, HAZIDs, HAZOPs and ALARP workshops
- Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skill as well as superior writtern and oral communication abilities.
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Words, Access, Excel and Power point)
- Customer and service-oriented person with passion and desire
- Hard worker and willing to work under pressure
- Willing to work long hours in a high-pressure working environment
- Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent
