Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing daily banking activities
  • Develop business strategies by widening market share and branch portfolio to achieve selling target in funding, cross-selling, lending, branch assurance, etc
  • Develop good relationship with existing or new customers
  • Ensure branch-services matches with standard operation
Requirements:
  • Male or Female, below 40 years old
  • Hold Bachelor Degree from any major with GPA min 2.75
  • Have experiences as Sub Branch Manager in bank for at least 5 years
  • Having well knowledge about operasional bank, financial analysis, system and law of credit in bank
  • Strong leadership, integrity, and loyalty
  • Having good problem solving, managerial, selling, communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
